Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Following processing, standard shipping usually requires 5–8 business days for delivery, contingent upon your specific region and the carrier.
Please note that all sales are final. IM BBY does not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once a purchase is confirmed. We advise you to carefully check your items, shipping details, and cart totals prior to finalizing your transaction.
Should your package arrive damaged or include the wrong products, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order ID and photographic evidence for our team to evaluate your claim.
Completion of an order through IM BBY constitutes your full acceptance of these terms.
